Message	Found an attorney with the judicial ties that one of the members suggested. I paid $400 and don't have to show up to court or anything. He says he'll be taking it straight through the appeals process and it will not go on my record. The attorney is an ex-DA of a the county and recently ran for mayor of Leagur City in which the citation was issued. Thanks to all who responded!
